The King's Own Royal Regiment Museum has an exhibit dedicated to the Abyssinian Campaign. The case includes an illuminated bible and a large number of smaller exhibits.

  • Two pieces of cloth from the tent of King Theodore - Gift of Lieutenant Bray
  • Abyssinian fly-whisk
  • European glass tumbler with an Abyssinian storage basket
  • Small horn beaker brought from Magdala by Lieutenant CM Davidson
  • Tall horn tumbler transferred from Regimental Depot in 1952
  • A Coptic parchment strip of St Mark's Gospel - Gift of Lieutenant Bray
  • An Abyssinian soldier's shield - Gift of Lieutentant Colonel Openshaw
  • A spear head - Gift of Colonel Hooper
  • A leather wallet containing bullets taken from an Abyssinian soldier
  • Coptic manuscript brought back from Abyssinia by General ERP Woodgate
  • Abyssinian censer brought back from Magdala by Major Bray
  • Part of a silver cross take from Magdala after the defeat of Emperor Theodore
  • Silver ornamental necklace
  • Abyssinian woman's bracelets
  • Ring taken from a dead Abyssinian soldier by Lieutenant Borrett
  • Leather corn bag
